ImagEdge provides filmmaking, photography, design and print services for businesses, institutions and organisations. Our work includes corporate films, product and industrial photography, corporate portraits, event coverage, interiors, social media content, performance documentation and art digitisation. Each project is scoped according to its objectives, deliverables and intended use.

We work with businesses, manufacturers, startups, educational institutions, NGOs and other organisations that need professional visual content. Assignments range from individual photography projects to multi-day productions and ongoing content partnerships.

ImagEdge is based in Pune, Maharashtra, and undertakes projects across India. Travel outside Pune is available by arrangement, and international projects can be discussed. Travel, accommodation and other location-related expenses are quoted separately where applicable.

Every project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on the scope of work, shoot duration, crew requirements, locations, equipment, post-production, deliverables, usage requirements and deadlines. We provide a written quotation outlining the agreed scope, costs and deliverables before work begins.

A booking is confirmed once the quotation and scope are approved in writing and a 50% advance has been received, unless a different payment schedule is specified in the quotation. The remaining balance is payable before final deliverables are released. Dates are not reserved on the basis of enquiries or verbal confirmation alone.

Your quotation specifies the agreed shoot, deliverables, production requirements, editing, delivery format, timeline and applicable usage rights. Additional shoots, deliverables, substantial changes in scope, third-party expenses or services not listed in the quotation may incur additional charges. Any additions should be approved in writing before the extra work proceeds.

A clear brief helps us plan the right production. Depending on the assignment, we may need your objectives, deliverable requirements, schedule, location access, products, brand guidelines, reference material, spokesperson or talent arrangements, and a designated contact for approvals. Clients are responsible for arranging the permissions, access and materials they have agreed to provide. Delays in receiving these may affect the production or delivery schedule.

For straightforward assignments, edited photographs typically take around 7 days and edited videos around 14 days. Actual timelines depend on project complexity, the volume of material, required selections, feedback and approvals. Larger productions and ongoing projects follow the schedule agreed in the quotation. We confirm the expected delivery timeline before the project begins.

The quotation specifies the revisions included in your project. Unless otherwise agreed, one consolidated round of reasonable revisions to the first video or design draft is included. Changes to the original brief, additional revision rounds, new creative directions, replacement footage or extensive retouching may be charged separately. Feedback should be consolidated and provided by the designated decision-maker to keep the project on schedule.

No. Standard delivery includes the final edited files specified in your quotation. RAW photographs, unedited video footage, editing project files and other working files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing before production. Any request for source files must be discussed and confirmed separately.

Usage rights are agreed as part of the quotation and depend on the intended application of the work. The agreed usage, any licensing restrictions and any special requirements - such as exclusivity, broadcast use or extended commercial licensing - should be confirmed before production. Third-party music, stock assets, talent or location permissions may be subject to separate licence terms.

Bookings are confirmed for the agreed date. Client-requested cancellations or date changes are subject to the following fees:More than 7 calendar days before the shoot: 25% of the total agreed project fee.7 calendar days or less before the shoot: 50% of the total agreed project fee.The cancellation fee is calculated on the total project fee, not just the advance paid. Any amount already paid will be adjusted against the applicable fee, and any outstanding balance remains payable.Client-requested date changes are treated as cancellations. Any new booking is subject to availability, fresh confirmation and advance payment.

Yes. ImagEdge offers ongoing content production and social media support through project-based engagements and retainers. Depending on the agreed package, this may include content planning, photography, video production, reels, graphics, captions and publishing support. Account management, paid advertising, media spend and campaign management are included only when expressly specified in the quotation or retainer agreement.
